These brand new (completed in 2008) two bedroom stone villas situated in an elevated position, enjoy enviable panoramic views across olive groves and the clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea out towards the beautiful islands of Kefalonia and Ithaca. Tastefully furnished, colourfully decorated and completed with elegant finishing touches these villas provide an air of tradition teemed with modern facilities that results in a striking balance between refreshingly modern and traditionally cosy.

The spacious open plan ground floor features a working corner fireplace and is furnished with comfortable sofas, a television (limited satellite channels), DVD player and CD player.  A book and DVD library have been made available for guest’s use and a Sony Playstation 2 can be provided on request.  The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is housed on the first floor landing).  The dining table comfortably seats 4.  A shower room completes the ground floor accommodation.

A curved staircase leads to the first floor where the two bedrooms are located.  The master double bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi jets in the corner bath and a private balcony that boasts views of both the swimming pool and the sea.  The twin bedroom has its own en-suite shower room.  A television set has been provided in each bedroom and a safety deposit box and hairdryer are supplied.  A baby cot and highchair are available on request and a double sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional 2 people.  Air conditioning (split units for cooling & heating) are installed in the living area and both bedrooms.

Outside the 7 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool (with ladder access) ranges in depth from 80cm to 1m 60cm and is set in the colourful garden area which is surrounded by privacy fencing.  The extensive sunbathing terrace is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas and there is a handy poolside shower for cooling off.  The built in BBQ provides an opportunity for summer dining al fresco.

Please Note: These villas are not available to single sex groups, i.e. family bookings only.  Smoking is not permitted inside the villas.
