Set over three storeys the villa comprises of the main house and a self contained apartment, allowing a large family or group of friends to holiday together whilst still being able to enjoy a degree of independence.  From the front door you enter the hallway of the main house leading to the living and dining area which is open to the full height of the house topped with a traditional wooden clad roof. The high ceiling gives a real feeling of space and light to a living room set around a working wood burning fireplace and furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite television, DVD player and stereo.  Adjacent to this area is the kitchen, fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, refrigerators with ice box, microwave and integrated dishwasher.  A washing machine is housed in an external utility area found on the middle level.  The internal large solid wood dining table comfortably seats six.  This level of the accommodation features two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom separated by a full family bathroom.  There is a large external dining table situated in the middle garden area under the shade of an olive tree which can comfortably seat eight people where a long, lazy family lunch can swallow the whole afternoon. Fully glazed French windows lead from the living area onto a covered balcony which runs the entire length of the villa with an extended deck area furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying an evening drink as the sun slowly sinks and day blends into night.

A hand crafted curved wooden staircase leads up from the living area to a spacious open plan mezzanine level.  This L shaped area was designed to provide a stimulating yet restful environment and vantage point with views across the valley to the sea. It features a sitting area, a double bed, two chests of drawers, a separate shower room and a recreation area where the Wireless internet access is situated making this facility available to guests who bring their own laptop.

External steps from the balcony lead to the pool level.  This level boasts a self contained apartment with a further two bedrooms.  A twin bedroom and a double bedroom which share the open plan kitchen & living area equipped with a sink, gas hob, small refrigerator, table & chairs and sofas.  A separate shower room completes the studio accommodation.

Outside the 3 metre x 5.5 metre splash pool which ranges from 1.1metres to 1.4metres in depth is the perfect place to take a cooling dip.  The surrounding terrace is furnished with sunbeds and garden chairs.  A barbecue is provided to help you make the most of al fresco summer dining amongst the colourful tiered gardens.
