About the surrounding area: Within a 5 minute walk of the villas is the tiny village of Agia Paraskevi, home to a small fishing harbour, a pretty chapel, two tavernas and a narrow strip of shingle beach. Livadaki Beach a mix of sand and pebbles with shallow waters is within 2 kilometres of the villas but the beaches of Samos are many and varied with an atmosphere and a landscape for all tastes, ranging from organised beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire and beach bars and cafes providing refreshments to small secluded coves where a beach towel and a picnic is more the order of the day. Samos Town is approximately 9 kilometres away and offers all the amenities you would expect of a capital town in terms of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, chemists and banks.

Perched on the hillside overlooking the tiny village of Agia Paraskevi, these villas provide the peace and quiet you would expect of a sleepy village location whilst being only a few kilometres from the islands vibrant capital town.  These two identical neighbouring villas are the ideal choice for a large family or group of friends wishing to holiday together whilst still being able to enjoy a degree of independence. 

The ground floor consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area.  The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas (one of which can be converted into a double sofa bed), satellite television (limited channels) and a DVD player.  The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob and a fridge/freezer.  The glass topped dining table comfortably seats six.  A bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation.  An L shaped balcony wrapped around two sides of the villa offers the perfect spot for relaxing over a morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the ever changing colours of the sparkling Aegean Sea below.

Stairs lead to the first floor where the two bedrooms are located, a master double bedroom and a twin bedroom.  The master bedroom has direct access to the first floor balcony from where stunning sea views can also be enjoyed.  A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.

Air conditioning (split units for both cooling and heating) are provided in both bedrooms and the living area.  A safety deposit box and a hairdryer are supplied.  A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

Each villa boasts its own private pool surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace.  Set slightly behind the villas and accessed via a few steps, the pools each measure 7 metres x 3.5 metres and range in depth from 1.5 metres to 2.5 metres.  The surrounding sunbathing terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower, all you need for long lazy days topping up your tan with regular refreshing dips in the pool.
