Villa Ios in Lefkas sleeps up to 8

If it is an executive retreat you seek somewhere off the beaten track then these villas perched on the hillside overlooking the bay of Vassiliki and surrounded by nothing but olive and oak trees are the perfect choice.

The combination of high ceilings and large windows give the open plan entry level accommodation a feeling of space and light.  The living area features a large comfortable sofa and a working fireplace.  Entertainment is provided by the large flatscreen television (limited satellite channels) and DVD player.  The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, integrated dishwasher and washing machine.  The ample dining table comfortably seats 8.

The bedroom located on the entry level is a twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi jets in the bath.  The two remaining twin bedrooms are located on the lower level, each has an en-suite shower room and one features Jacuzzi body jets in the shower.  An additional kitchenette area with a sink, 2 electric rings, small dishwasher and refrigerator is also located on this level.

Both floors boast extensive balconies that stretch the length of the villa and from where you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Bay of Vassiliki and out towards the island of Ithaca, the mythical home of Odysseus. 

Air conditioning (split units for both cooling and heating) are provided in all bedrooms and the living area, although as the villas are situated on slightly higher ground they benefit from a less humid climate during the hot summer months.  For added comfort all doors and windows have been fitted with fly screens.  A safety deposit box is available and a hairdryer is provided in each bathroom.  A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request and the sofa bed in the living room allows the villa to accommodate an additional 2 people.

The 10 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool with walk in steps, ranges from 80cm to 1m 60cm in depth.  Sunbeds and umbrellas are supplied for relaxing around the pool area as well as a portable gas BBQ so you can make the most of the outdoor dining experience.  A poolside shower is also available.

Please Note: Low perimeter walls around the property allow the beautiful views to be enjoyed to the fullest extent however children must be supervised.  Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.  Due to the approach road being an unmade narrow track of approximately 3 kilometres in length, a 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended.
