Although we endeavour to keep the website calendars up to date, it is still advisable to double check the availability of your preferred dates with our office. You can do this by either completing our online enquiry form or calling our reservations department. Should you choose to contact us by email consider adding Passport to Greece to your safe senders list to be sure you receive our return correspondence. 2. Complete the Online Booking Form
In order for us to make the reservation with the villa owner on your behalf we require your written instruction to do so. Once we have recieved your booking form a 'provisional reservation' will be made which simply means the villa will be held in your name for your selected dates for a period of 7 days awaiting your payment. Written notification of this 'provisional reservation' will be sent to you by email. 3. Submit Your Payment
Once you have recieved our written notification of your provisional booking you will be instructed to proceed with making your payment. A 25% non refundable deposit is required for bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance (For late bookings made within 8 weeks of the rental commencing full payment is required.) Once your deposit payment (or full payment, if applicable) is received your reservation will be confirmed and you will be sent written notification of your confirmed booking details. The Next Step... Once your final payment has been received, your Accommodation Voucher with all your booking details will be sent to you by email, along with comprehensive driving directions, key handover instructions and the details of the villa owner or property manager, should you require their assistance during your stay. |
